We get it, returns happen. At WheelsCo we strive to make it easier for our customers to go through this process.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, simply follow the procedure below,
- Submit your return request to email@example.com with original receipt and order number
- Once approved, you'll get a Return Authorized form (RA)
- Print and attach the shipping label (if applicable) and the RA form to the outside of the box
- After the product has been received and inspected, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.
All merchandise must be in new condition, unused and undamaged. Tires must not be driven on. Wheels must not have been mounted on a vehicle or had tires mounted on them (excluding wheel and tire packages).
All merchandise must be properly packaged as per the packaging instructions that are E-mailed as part of the RA. Products endure strong impacts during shipping and should therefore be packaged in its original packaging.
Mounted wheel & tire package can not be returned/exchanged under any circumstance unless for Guarantee Fitment claim.
Damaged, defective, and incorrect products will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to you. However, for any returns that is not the result of WheelsCo's error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and will not be reimbursed the original shipping fee incurred by WheelsCo.
WheelsCo does not charge restocking fees with the exception of the following products:
Wheels: 20% restocking fee
Tires: 20% restocking fee
Wheel & Tire Package: 20% restocking fee + $80 mount/dismount labour fee
After we receive and complete inspection of the product, WheelsCo will complete the refund transaction within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Please note it may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.
